2. Pressure Tank Full Detection

  • Installation Method: Non-contact mounting. The sensor is fixed inside the pressure tank's top shell, aligned with the upper area of the tank body.

  • Control Logic: During water production, the water level in the pressure tank rises, compressing the internal bladder and increasing air pressure. When the level reaches the full line (corresponding to a specific pressure), the sensor detects water and changes its output state. The main board receives this signal, closes the inlet solenoid valve before the RO membrane and the high-pressure pump to stop production, and may open a flush valve for membrane protection. This solution avoids accuracy drift issues common with mechanical pressure switches, offering more precise control.
