The proof is in the pudding. Sensors from Shenzhen SingoCreate Technology Co., Ltd. have withstood rigorous testing at a 100MW/400MWh commercial VRFB energy storage plant in Eastern China.
Project Background:
This grid-side plant for peak shaving and frequency regulation demanded extremely high availability and longevity from its core components.
The Solution:
SingoCreate Tech's non-contact capacitive level sensors were installed on 40 large electrolyte storage tanks for high/low-level alarm functionality.
Operational Results (As of June 2024):
  • Continuous Operation: Over 18 months of fault-free operation.

  • Zero Leaks: No leaks or failures related to the sensors.

  • Zero False Alarms: 100% accurate level alarm rate, effectively guiding O&M.

  • Zero Maintenance: No maintenance interventions required, truly achieving "install and forget" reliability.
