The host tank of a water-heating blanket is long and slender. A float switch jams on the rail,

and photoelectric sensors dislike the long-term 40 °C humid warmth. When water runs low,

the pump cavitates loudly and the circuit loses heat.

Xingkechuang's non-contact level sensor incorporates the tank wall into the capacitive

system. The capacitive principle, combined with built-in temperature compensation,

automatically corrects for the dielectric difference between cold and warm water.

Condensation and return-line droplets never false-trigger. Shenzhen Xingkechuang

Technology Co., Ltd. has deployed this case across multiple water-blanket brands' main

control boards — winter "no heat" complaints drop measurably
