Instant coffee machines a 200 mL instant heating chamber before the outlet. The tank is as narrow as a pen holder — a float switch simply won't fit. Optical sensors mounted near the heating section suffer lens fogging from heat.

Xingkechuang's non-contact solution uses a small probe stuck to the instant heating chamber side wall. The capacitive principle detects local liquid level, and condensation is not counted in the reading. Shenzhen Xingkechuang Technology Co., Ltd.'s solution operates on 5V with GPIO output, requiring only two lines of code change in the instant-heating main controller to switch over.
