Instant hot water dispensers have tanks that are both narrow and tall — there is simply no
room for a float switch. Photoelectric switches, positioned near the heating section, age
rapidly from heat. Users most often encounter: the tank reports "empty" before it is empty, or
the heating element keeps running until steam pours out.
Xingkechuang's non-contact solution uses a small XKC-series probe on the tank side wall.
The capacitive principle detects local liquid level, with optional dual low-water / full-water
electrodes. Condensation backflow from the heating chamber is not counted in the signal.
Shenzhen Xingkechuang Technology Co., Ltd. has validated this solution for IP67 and wide-
voltage supply; switching the main controller requires only a couple of lines of code.
