Ultrasonic humidifiers run at near-saturated humidity internally. The photoelectric level

switch lens itself condenses water — meaning it reads "always has water" and never shuts

down on low water, so the mist plate burns out from dry vibration. Float balls, meanwhile,

easily jam sideways in tall narrow tanks.

Xingkechuang's non-contact solution places the electrode on the outside of the ABS tank.

The capacitive principle provides continuous equivalent-capacitance sampling, with built-in

temperature compensation to offset dielectric drift from water temperature. Saturated mist

and wall droplets cause disturbances below the threshold; only when the real liquid surface

drops below the probe does the low-water signal fire. Shenzhen Xingkechuang Technology

Co., Ltd. has deployed this solution in volume across evaporative and ultrasonic humidifiers

— the failure rate of the auto-shutoff logic is near zero
