Handheld garment steamers hold only about 200 mL, with the heating boiler pressed right

against the tank — steam backflow coats the entire inner wall with droplets. The

photoelectric switch lens clouds and fails in high-temperature, high-humidity conditions;

there is no room for a float ball. The user gets a dry-burn hot handle and no overheat

protection.

Xingkechuang's non-contact solution uses a miniature probe on the tank side wall. The

capacitive principle detects level; steam condensation mist sits entirely below the threshold.

Shenzhen Xingkechuang Technology Co., Ltd. offers 3.3 V / 5 V common-voltage versions

with direct GPIO drive — garment-steamer factories can switch over at minimal rework cost.
