Purified water storage tanks must be carefully managed to avoid overflow, leakage, and unnecessary water waste. Traditional mechanical float switches require drilling into the tank, creating potential leak points and increasing assembly complexity.
The XKC-Y29A sensor offers a clean alternative. Mounted externally near the top of the purified water tank, it senses when water reaches maximum capacity. The dielectric constant change triggers an output signal, prompting the control system to stop inflow or halt the purification process.
Because the sensor does not penetrate the tank, the enclosure remains sealed, maintaining hygiene and reducing maintenance needs. With ±3mm accuracy and ≤100ms response time, the XKC-Y29A meets the precision requirements of modern water purifiers. Shenzhen Xingke Chuang Technology also offers customization options, including different cable lengths, connectors, and output logic, to fit various OEM designs.
