Commercial tea machines run continuous brew cycles, so the water tank wall experiences

large temperature swings. Steam condenses into droplets that run down the wall;

photoelectric switches flicker between on and off, while float balls jam on tea-leaf debris. The

result is either a burnt-bottom dry-boil or a false-full that stops the inlet pump and ruins cup

volume consistency.
